Aug 13 (Reuters) - The following are news stories, press
reports and events that could affect Poland's financial markets
on Thursday. ALL TIMES GMT (Poland: GMT + 2 hour): 
    
    DATA
    Poland's statistics office is due to release final CPI data
for June and preliminary GDP data for the second quarter at 0800
GMT. The central bank will release current account data at 1200
GMT.
    
    NUCLEAR POWER
    State-controlled chemical group Azoty  ATTP.WA  is
considering investing in nuclear energy, with a preliminary
assessment under way, including small nuclear reactors, Puls
Biznesu daily reported, citing unnamed sources.
    
    ENERGY
    Construction company Budimex  BDXP.WA  has signed an
agreement with the Polish branch of Hyundai Engineering
 000720.KS  on strategic cooperation across the Polish refining,
petrochemical, power and infrastructure markets, Puls Biznesu
