** South Korean stocks linked to inter-Korean relations drop
after a new unification minister's appointment
    ** South Korean President picks a conservative scholar and
an outspoken critic of North Korea's human rights record as the
country's new unification minister
    ** In the F  014990.KS , an apparel maker of past factory
operations in the joint Kaesong Industrial Complex, drops more
than 5% 
    ** Hyundai Engineering & Construction  000720.KS , Ilshin
Stone  007110.KS  and Dohwa Engineering  002150.KS  log losses
of about 2% each, who are often named for possible economic
cooperation projects
    ** J Estina  026040.KQ  fall more than 3%, while Ananti
 025980.KQ  and Speco  013810.KQ  fall about 2% each 
    ** The benchmark KOSPI  .KS11  and junior KOSDAQ  .KQ11 
indexes trade down 0.1%% and 0.69%, respectively, as of 0447 GMT
