This notice is to inform you that our record date will be December 31, 2022 to
determine the list

of shareholders eligible for year-end dividend.

 

The date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the proposed
dividend rate will be

notified upon the resolution of the board of directors' meeting scheduled to
