** Shares of hydrogen fuel-cell electric truck maker Hyzon
Motors Inc  HYZN.O  up ~4% at $2.15 after market hours
    ** Hyzon CFO Samuel Chong announces his resignation
effective Feb 10, according to a regulatory filing
    ** Hyzon says it has launched a search for replacement of
Chong, who served as co's CFO since April 2022
    ** Parker Meeks, HYZN's president and interim CEO, will
serve as co's principal financial officer till Chong's
replacement is found
    ** HYZN stock has dropped more than 53% in the past 12
months
