** Shares of i3 Energy  I3E.L  down 5.1% at 10.44p 
    ** The UK-based oil and gas co, with operations in Canada
and UK North Sea, posts lower profit and revenue 
    ** Co posts profit before tax for the year of 20.9 mln
pounds ($1.13 mln) vs profit of 55.8 mln pounds, revenue down to
146.3 mln pounds from 208.4 mln pounds yr ago 
    ** Flags loss of 3,100 barrels of oil equivalent per day
(boepd) in Q2 due to restrictions associated with Alberta
wildfires
    ** Stock down about 4% so far this year
