HK's I-Cable soars again after China Mobile deal, up 44 pct

** Shares of I-Cable Communications Ltd  1097.HK  soar for
second day, surging 44 pct to HK$0.26, the highest since Nov. 9.
    ** The shares jumped 102 pct in the previous trading session
after the television and telecommunication services provider
announces deal to provide services to a unit of China Mobile Ltd

    ** China Mobile says the partnership will facilitate its
development of the home broadband business in Hong Kong and lay
the foundation for 5G development (https://bit.ly/2oBu1sI)
    ** As of the previous close, I-Cable stock has fallen 21.4
percent so far this year 
    ** I-Cable has outperformed the Hang Seng Commerce &
Industry Index sector  .HSNC  by 48.2 percentage points in the
past month
    ** Hong Kong benchmark index  .HSI  edges up 0.1 pct
