Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

i-nexus Global plc (AIM: INX), has been notified that, on 26 March 2021, David Firth, a Non-executive Director and PDMR, purchased 180,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5.5p per share. David Firth now has a total beneficial interest in 180,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.6 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
