i-nexus Global plc (AIM: INX), a provider of cloud-based Strategy Execution software solutions for the Global 5000, announces that on 14 March 2019 Richard Cunningham, Simon Crowther, Alyson Levett and Nigel Halkes; Chairman, CEO, CFO and Non-Executive Director of the Company respectively, have each purchased ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35 pence per Ordinary Share.
