Grant of LTIP options

i-nexus Global plc (AIM: INX), a leading provider of cloud-based strategy
software solutions designed for the Global 5000, announces that on 3 October
2022 awards were granted in the form of options over ordinary shares of
£0.10 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the
Company's Long Term Investment Plan ('LTIP') to the following Directors. Each
option has an exercise price per Ordinary Share equal to the nominal value of
an Ordinary Share.

 First (Financial year 2023) allocation

 Drew Whibley (CFO)                       138,987

 Second (Financial year 2024) allocation

The vesting of the LTIP options is conditional upon retaining employment with
the Company at the date of vesting and achieving agreed monthly recurring
revenue targets for the respective years and is subject to approval from the
Company's remuneration committee. Vesting will be confirmed following
certification by the auditors of closing MRR for the relevant financial year.
