Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
i-nexus Global plc (AIM: INX), a provider of cloud-based Strategy Execution software solutions for the Global 5000, announces that copies of its Annual Report and Accounts (the "Report") for the year ended 30 September 2018 will be mailed to shareholders today.
Accompanying the Report is a notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting which will be held at 11.00 am (GMT time) on Tuesday 26 March 2019 at N+1 Singer, 1 Bartholomew Lane London EC2N 2AX.
