Result of General Meeting

 

i-nexus Global plc (AIM: INX), a leading provider of cloud-based Strategy
software solutions designed for the Global 5000, is pleased to announce that
further to its announcement on 21 June 2023, all resolutions put to
shareholders at its General Meeting held today were duly passed.

Accordingly, the Directors have now been granted authority to issue the 2023
Convertible Loan Notes to the Investors. The 2023 Convertible Loan Notes have
been fully subscribed, the Investors' commitments to subscribe for the 2023
Convertible Loan Notes are now irrevocable and unconditional and settlement of
the commitments of £0.5m is expected to take place later today.

Further announcements will be made upon conversion of the 2023 Convertible
Loan Notes.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings
set out in the Announcement dated 21 June 2023.
