$1.22 - among the biggest gainers across U.S. stock exchanges
premarket
    ** Biotech firm says it received a buyout offer from Echo

$1.60/share, which is a premium of 88% to its last close
    ** QNCX is not developing or selling any drug
    ** QNCX was down ~95% last year
