record high of $12.77
    ** Set for best day ever; co leads pct. gainers across U.S.
exchanges
    ** ISPC, which provides an online marketplace for human
biospecimens, says it has been contracted by federal agencies
and pvt researchers to supply specimens for COVID-19 research

biospecimens to the U.S. military for ongoing COVID-19 research 
    ** Says its specimens include nasal and oral swabs, saliva,

    ** More than 78 mln shares traded, almost 1,000x its 25-DMA;
one of most actively traded stocks
    ** Up to Friday's close, stock fell 38.5% from its IPO price
of $8/shr in June
