European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen backed the Spanish utilities' request to extend the Almaraz nuclear plant's operations to 2030 in a letter to European leaders that stressed the need to avoid shuttering reliable low-cost assets, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Tuesday.

REPSOL REP.MC

Repsol and other oil companies are negotiating with the Spanish government a relief package combining fiscal measures with the possible releases of strategic reserves to cushion a sharp fuel-price surge driven by the conflict in the Middle East, Expansion reported on Tuesday.

INDRA IDR.MC

Indra said it would formally submit to EU competition authorities its concerns over a planned Airbus-Thales-Leonardo space venture that it says would vertically integrate the supply chain and sharply reduce competition for satellite operators in Europe, Expansion reported on Tuesday.

Separately, Spanish website El Confidencial, citing sources familiar with the matter, reported on Tuesday that the Spanish government has asked state holding SEPI to remove Angel Escribano as Indra chairman amid tensions over his push for the company to buy his family firm.

Tubos Reunidos has fully covered the 301 redundancies under its layoff plan through voluntary departures, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Monday.

Barclays raises its target price to 30 euros from 20 euros.

Barclay raises its target price to 4.8 euros from 4.3 euros.

PUIG PUIGb.MC

JP Morgan raises to "neutral" from "underweight"; raises target price to 16 euros from 15 euros.
