** Shares of IT services provider IBEX Ltd  IBEX.O  down
9.4% at $16.44 in after-market trading
    ** Posts Q4 adjusted earnings of 33 cents per share vs
analysts' estimate of 49 cents per share - LSEG IBES Data 
    ** Also reports Q4 revenue of $124.4 mln, missing estimates
$125.8 mln 
    ** Expects Q1 2024 revenue in range of $122 mln-$125 mln
    ** "Looking ahead to fiscal year 2024, while the sales
pipeline remains healthy, we expect the macroeconomic
environment and trend toward lower cost, higher margin regions
will continue to impact revenue growth," says CFO Taylor
Greenwald
    ** As of last close, IBEX shares down 26.96% YTD
