** Shares of business process outsourcing firm Ibex IBEX.O jump 22.5% to $37.30 after the bell

** IBEX reports Q4 revenue of $147.1 million, up 18.2% from $124.5 million a year ago

** Reports Q4 adj. EPS of 87 cents, vs 58 cents last year

** For fiscal 2026, IBEX sees revenue in the range of $590 million to $610 million

** Q1 revenue is expected to be in the range of $143 million to $146 million

** IBEX up 41.7% YTD, as of last close
