** Shares of medical device maker iCAD Inc  ICAD.O  rise ~2%
to $1.49
    ** Co appoints insider Eric Lonnqvist as CFO, effective
immediately, after former CFO Charles Carter stepped down in May
2022
    ** Lonnqvist has served as vice president of financial
planning and analysis at iCAD since 2021
    ** Co also appoints Vasu Avadhanula as chief product officer
and Michelle Strong as chief operating officer, effective May 1
    ** Last month, Dana Brown, who was member of ICAD's board
was named chief executive after Stacey Stevens stepped down
    ** Stock has fallen over 19% in 2023
