 ICAD.O  up 22.2% at $2.22 premarket 
    ** ICAD says Google Health has licensed its artificial
intelligence (AI) technology for breast cancer and personalized
risk assessment to iCAD 
    ** Cos will work together to improve breast cancer AI
solutions for mammography 
    ** ICAD makes AI-aided software and medical devices for
cancer detection and treatment
    ** Up to Friday's close, stock down 75% YTD
