April 10 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

SODEXO EXHO.PA:

French food caterer Sodexo cut its annual sales and profitability targets on Friday, citing execution challenges and its management's review of contracts and assets.

BOUYGUES BOUY.PA:

French construction group Bouygues' subsidiary Colas won a contract worth around 93 million euros ($108.72 million) to upgrade National Road 15 in Finland, with work beginning in autumn 2026 and scheduled for completion by end of 2029.

EXAIL TECHNOLOGIES EXA.PA:

        French robotics and maritime technology company Exail Technologies announced an order from OMS Group for a second DriX O-16 Uncrewed Surface Vessel, which will support subsea cable installation campaigns globally, performing seabed surveys, route verification, and monitoring for critical telecommunications cable infrastructure.

ICADE ICAD.PA:

        French real estate investment company Icade completed the sale of Marignan building for 402 million euros.

ROBERTET ROBF.PA:

French fragrance and flavor company Robertet reported its revenues in 2025 rose 4.5% to 843.9 million euros from the previous year and its net income rose 14.8% to 103.4 million euros. It proposed a dividend of 12 euros per share (up 20%), and targets approximately 5% like-for-like growth in 2026 and revenue rising to 1.1 billion-1.2 billion euros by 2030.

VINCI SGEF.PA:

French construction and concessions group Vinci won a 192 million euros contract to upgrade Prague's main wastewater treatment plant.
