Icape rises on PCB distributor HLT's acquisition

** Shares in Icape Holding ALICA.PA rise 7.3% after the
French printed circuit boards (PCB) and custom-made technical
parts maker announced the acquisition of Germany's PCB
distributor HLT
** The French company notes that HLT supplies PCB to 50
well-known customers and is positioned in markets that demand a
wide variety of products in small and medium volumes
** "We are confident that many synergies will arise from the
combination of our know-how, particularly at local level,"
Icape's CEO says
** The acquisition is carried out by Icape Deutschland and
financed 100% in cash
** Shares are on track for their best day since early April
