Australia's icetana gains on premium capital raising

** Shares of icetana  ICE.AX  jump as much as 6.1% to
A$0.035, their highest level since Sept 1
    ** The software-as-a-service co says it is undertaking a
capital raising comprised of a private placement and share
purchase plan to raise about A$2 mln ($1.28 mln)
    ** Issue price of 3.5 AU cents per share is at a 6.1%
premium to last close on Sept 7
    ** Says capital raised will be used to accelerate sales
activities 
    ** Shares post their biggest intraday pct gain since Sept 1 
    ** ICE stock flat YTD as of last close
