Committee Appointments
 
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Fiona Le Poidevin was appointed a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 10 December 2020.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Stuart Beevor was appointed a member of the Management Engagement Committee with effect from 10 December 2020.
Following the announcement made on 25 September 2020, that the Board of the Company had appointed ICG Alternative Investment Limited as external discretionary investment manager, the Board has resolved to disband the Investment Risk Committee with effect from 10 December 2020.
