Director Declaration

 

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 6.4.9 (2) R, the Company
has been notified by a member of the Board of a change in directorship in
another publicly quoted company.

Jack Perry, a Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company that he has
been appointed to the Board of Alliance Witan PLC as a Non-Executive Director
with effect from 10 October 2024. Alliance Witan PLC is a closed-ended
Investments scheme and a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index of the London Stock
