ICG-Longbow Senior Secured UK Property Debt Investments Limited

Interim Dividend Announcement

 

The Company is pleased to declare an interim dividend of 1.1 pence per share
covering the period 1 November 2021 to 31 January 2022.

 

Following the 26 pence per share capital distribution to date to shareholders,
this interim dividend represents approximately 6% (on an annualised basis) of
the 31 January 2022 Net Asset Value.

 

Based on the current outlook, the Board is targeting the continuation of the
payment of 6% dividend (annualised) of the prevailing quarterly Net Asset
Value.

 

 

 Distribution period:            1 November 2021 to 31 January 2022
 Distribution amount per share:  1.1 pence
 Ex-dividend date:               31 March 2022
 Dividend record date:           01 April 2022
 Payment date:                   29 April 2022
