ICG-Longbow Senior Secured UK Property Debt Investments Limited (the Company)

Portfolio Update

 

The Company announces that, in conjunction with its co-lenders, it has
appointed an administrator over all the remaining property-owning guarantors
within the RoyaleLife borrower group. This follows the Company's announcement
on 12 May 2023 that it had appointed an administrator in relation to the
RoyaleLife loan. These measures are to further protect the interest of the
lenders.

The Company is unable to provide further detail at present to protect
sensitive commercial negotiations but will make further announcements in due
course.
