The Company is pleased to announce that at the twelfth AGM held at 08.30 a.m.
today, 19 June 2025, each of the Resolutions were duly passed without
amendment. All resolutions passed were "ordinary" resolutions of the AGM.

 

In compliance with LR 6.4.2, a summary of the results has been submitted to
the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
