** Shares of biopharma co Icosavax Inc  ICXV.O  up more than
197% at $44.64 after Nasdaq debut on Thursday
    ** Icosavax shares opened at $29, about 93% above its IPO
price of $15 per share
    ** Co sold roughly 12.13 mln shares in IPO, raising about

    ** Co's initial focus is on developing vaccines for
life-threatening respiratory diseases
    ** Jefferies, Cowen, Evercore ISI and William Blair were the
lead underwriters for the offering
