high $34.59 as private equity firm poised to join S&P MidCap 400
index  .IDX  this week
    ** CG to replace ICU Medical Inc  ICUI.O  in IDX effective

    ** CG shares up 10% YTD, including 19% gain in Nov through

    ** Earlier this month, co reported smaller-than-expected 43%

    ** Avg rating among 15 analysts covering CG is "buy"; median
