April 24 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

AXA AXAF.PA:

French insurer AXA's board of directors will propose the renewal of Chief Executive Thomas Buberl's mandate  for another four years at its annual shareholder meeting in 2026, the company said on Wednesday.

BIC BICP.PA:
The French pen maker published Q1 revenue at 478.4 million euros, and cut its FY sales and EBIT margin outlook.

ESSILORLUXOTTICA ESLX.PA:

 EssilorLuxottica published a revenue for Q1 at 6.85 billion euros, and confirmed its forecasts through 2026.

FNAC DARTY FNAC.PA:
Fnac Darty announced a revenue for Q1 at 2.31 billion euros.

ID LOGISTICS IDLA.PA:
ID Logistics posted Q1 revenue up to 867.8 million euros.

KERING PRTP.PA:
The French luxury group reported Q1 revenue at 3.88 billion euros, down 14%.

RENAULT RENA.PA/STELLANTIS:

New car sales in Europe rose 2.8% in March, boosted by double digit jumps in Britain and Spain, as industry data on Thursday showed that an increase in registrations of electric vehicles in the month offset a fall in those of petrol and diesel cars.

VERALLIA :
Verallia published a Q1 EBITDA 147 million euros, and said it now expects an adjusted EBITDA for FY 2025 close to 800 million euros.

VUSIONGROUP VU.PA:
VusionGroup reported sales for the first quarter at 215 million euros.

WORLDLINE WLN.PA:
Worldline published Q1 revenue at 1.07 billion euros.
