   The France-based logistics company said on Wednesday it
completed the acquisition of Spedimex, a Polish provider of
transportation support services.
    
   STEF  STF.PA 
   The French goods transportation company announced on
Wednesday it had completed the divestiture of La Méridionale to
CMA CGM.
