U.S. stock index futures were muted on Thursday, as weak
manufacturing data out of Europe underscored concerns of a
global slowdown, while investors stayed on the sidelines ahead
of the release of a long-awaited Mueller report.  .N 
    At 7:33 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.08 percent
at 26,408. S&P 500 e-minis  ESc1  were down 0.02 percent at
2,900, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down 0.04 percent at
7,687.
