that its Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at 10.30am on 23
March 2023 at Pinsent Masons, 30 Crown Place, Earl Street, London EC2A 4ES.

 

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 October 2022
and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to those shareholders
