Idox plc (AIM: IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management
software and geospatial data solutions to the public and asset intensive
sectors, is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting of
shareholders will be held at 10.00am on 31 March 2026 at the offices of MHP
Group, 60 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7RT.

 

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 October 2025
and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to those shareholders
