15.5% to A$0.067 - on track for their best day since June 27, if
gains hold
    ** Pharmaceutical firm says the Therapeutic Goods
Administration upgrades its sterile manufacturing licence
    ** Says upgrade allows co to manufacture and release
injectable medicines for clinical trials in Australia and
overseas
    ** More than 636,900 shares change hands, thrice the 30-day
average volume 
    ** Stock down 27.5% this year, as of last close
