** Shares of IDT Australia  IDT.AX  rise as much as 20% to
A$0.072 in their biggest intraday pct jump since May 23
    ** Pharmaceutical manufacturing co nearly quadruples revenue
in Q1 from last year - preliminary unaudited results 
    ** Says revenue triples from its specialty orals business,
the largest revenue contributor  
    ** Co secures further A$2.1 mln in new contracts in October
    ** Shares hit their highest level since July 21
    ** About 1.2 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average trading volume of 130,940 shares 
    ** IDT down 25% YTD, as of last close
