Feb 22 (Reuters) - Iep Invest NV  IEP.BR : 
    * In case of TBP Electronics Belgium NV versus Spacechecker 
NV (in liquidation) and Punch International NV (now Iep Invest), 
Antwerp court of appeals upheld claims of the plaintiffs 
    * In the absence of payment by Spacechecker NV (in 
liquidation), court finds that Iep Invest is obliged to payment 
to the plaintiffs of all amounts due under the ruling
