Icahn Enterprises dips after appointing new CEO

** Shares of investment firm Icahn Enterprises  IEP.O  fall
13.7% to $18.64 in morning trade
    ** Co on Wednesday named insider Andrew Teno as CEO,
replacing David Willetts, who will head auto repair and service
firm Pep Boys acquired by IEP in 2015
    ** IEP also maintained its quarterly dividend of $1 per
depository unit
    ** Investors have been closely watching IEP's payouts after
short seller Hindenburg Research accused the company of
operating a "ponzi-like" structure to pay dividends 
    ** Stock fell 66.1% in 2023
