IG Group Holdings Plc (the "Company"), a global leader in online trading was notified on 18 September 2020 of the following transactions carried out in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each ("Ordinary Shares") by Joe McCaughran, Chief Risk Officer of the Company, Helen McCaughran, a closely associated person, Matthew Brief, Chief Product Officer and Jasmin Brief, a closely associated person (the "Transactions").
