Appointment of Board Chair

 

IG Group Holdings plc ("the Company") is pleased to confirm that the FCA has
approved the appointment of Andrew Barron as Board Chair, as announced on 3
March 2026. Andrew will assume the role of Board Chair and Chair of the
Nomination Committee from 1 April 2026, at which point Mike McTighe will step
down as Board Chair, Chair of the Nomination Committee and as a non-executive
director of the Company.
