Completion of acquisition of Freetrade

 

IG Group Holdings plc ("IG", "the Group") is pleased to announce that it has
completed the acquisition of Freetrade, effective 1 April 2025. The
transaction was announced on 16 January 2025.

Breon Corcoran, CEO of IG commented: "I am delighted to welcome Viktor and the

to the next level."

Viktor Nebehaj, CEO and co-founder of Freetrade said: "We are excited to be
