The Board of IG Group Holdings plc (the "Company"), a global leader in online
trading, announces in accordance with LR 9.6.14(R) that Helen Stevenson,
Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Non-Executive
Chair and Director of RM plc with effect from the day after the date of
release of RM plc's preliminary results for the year ending 30 November
2021.
