NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMRs")
IG Group Holdings plc (the "Company"), a global leader in online trading, gives notice of the following transactions carried out in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each (the "Ordinary Shares") by June Felix, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company, which is set out in the Notification of Transactions by PDMRs in this announcement as required by the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
1.         Sustained Performance Plan ("SPP"): Award of par cost options on 6 August 2020
 
The share price used to determine the number of options awarded is £7.428 and is based on the average of the closing prices of the previous 10 days as is required by the rules of the SPP.

2.         Sustained Performance Plan ("SPP"): Exercise of par cost options and Sale of Shares
 
Ordinarily,  a proportion of shares granted under the Company's SPP would be sold on the London Stock Exchange to satisfy the entire income tax and national insurance liabilities immediately arising on vesting. This would have resulted in the sale of 68,048 shares in the Company and the transfer of 76,446 shares to Ms Felix.
The Company also announces that June Felix has elected to satisfy a significant portion of the income tax and national insurance liability from her own resources, resulting in the sale of 47,955 shares in the Group and the transfer of 96,539 shares to Ms Felix.

Following this transaction, June Felix's total shareholding in the Company is 352,909 shares (which includes her unvested share options in the SPP on a net of tax basis), representing  424% of salary held (based on a share price of £7.325).  Under the share ownership policy, Executive Directors are expected to hold shares to the value of a minimum of 200% of base salary. 
3.         Purchase of Shares under the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("SIP")
The Company operates a HMRC tax advantaged SIP, which is open to all UK based employees. If employees participating in the SIP retain their purchased shares and remain employed on the third anniversary of the purchase, additional matching shares will vest on a one-for one basis.
The Company was today advised by the Trustees of the SIP that on 6 August 2020, the following transactions were made under the SIP:
