NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

IG Group Holdings plc, a global leader in online trading, received
notification on 11 November 2021 that the following transaction was carried
out in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each ("Ordinary
Shares") by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR").

Details are set out below and in the attached notification as required the EU
Market Abuse Regulation as it applies in the UK.

The following PDMR acquired a further interest in the Company's shares under
the Dividend Re-investment Plan, the details of these transactions are
