NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITIES
IG Group Holdings plc, a global leader in online trading, received
notification on 07 March 2022 that the following transactions were carried out
in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each ("Ordinary Shares")
by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR").
Details are set out below and in the attached notification as required the EU
Market Abuse Regulation as it applies in the UK.
Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan")
The following PDMRs acquired a further interest in the Company's shares under
the Plan's Dividend Re-investment Plan, the details of these transactions are
