NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITIES
IG Group Holdings plc, a leading global fintech company, received notification
on 20(th) October 2022 that the following transactions were carried out in
respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each ("Ordinary Shares") by
Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR").
Details are set out in the below notification as required by the UK Market
Abuse Regulation.
Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan")
The following PDMRs acquired a further interest in the Company's shares under
