NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

IG Group Holdings plc, a global leader in online trading, received
notification on 14 November 2022 that the following transaction was carried
out in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each ("Ordinary
Shares") by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR").

Details are set out below notification as required by the UK Market Abuse
Regulation.

The following PDMR acquired a further interest in the Company's shares under
the Dividend Re-investment Plan, the details of these transactions are
