Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that its 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held at
10:00am on Wednesday, 18 September 2024 at the offices of Linklaters LLP,
located at One Silk Street, London, EC2Y 8HQ.

The following documents will today be distributed to shareholders:

·    Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2024 ("Annual
Report"); and

·    Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM").

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the documents listed above
will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be
