Statement regarding Chief Executive

IG Group Holdings plc announces that June Felix, Chief Executive Officer, is
taking a short period of medical leave from the business.

Charlie Rozes, Chief Financial Officer, will be taking over her day-to-day
responsibilities as Acting CEO, in addition to his current role, to provide
continuity as we execute our strategy.

IG Group will announce FY23 results at 7am BST on 20th July 2023.
