 IG Group Holdings PLC (the Company)

 Purchase of own shares

 IG Group Holdings plc (the "Company") announces today that it purchased the
 following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each through Goldman
 Sachs International ("GSI") on the London Stock Exchange in accordance with
 the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting
 on 21 September 2022 (the "Purchase"). The Purchase was effected pursuant to
 instructions issued by the Company on 24 October 2022, as announced on 25
 October 2022.

 Date of purchase:                               28 February 2023

 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:  40,000

 Lowest price paid per share:                    £ 8.0200

 Highest price paid per share:                   £ 8.0550

 Average price paid per share:                   £ 8.0343

 The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

 Since 21 July 2022, the Company has purchased 16,963,833 shares at a cost
 (including dealing and associated costs) of £ 134,223,161.51.
