TRANSACTIONS IN OWN SECURITIES

IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces today that it has purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from Morgan
Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to
instructions issued by IG Group on 1 August 2023, as announced on 2 August
2023:

 

Ordinary Shares

 

 Date of purchase:                                       16 October 2023
 Number of ordinary shares purchased:                    275,649
 Highest price paid per share:                           634.50
 Lowest price paid per share:                            623.50
 Volume weighted average price paid per share:           629.36

 

IG Group intends to cancel the purchased shares. Following the cancellation of
these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be
392,598,133.

 

Since 2 August 2023, IG Group has purchased 12,511,902 shares at a cost of
£82,509,439.37 (excluding fees and taxes).
